1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Shelter Alliance professional portal and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations governing large-scale construction projects.

2. Professional Portal Access

Access to our gated project dashboards is restricted to authorized Admins and Site Managers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your corporate credentials and for all activities that occur under your professional account.

3. Photographic Proof & Compliance

Users of the Shelter Alliance system acknowledge that photographic proof is a mandatory requirement for task completion. By uploading images, you certify that:

• The imagery accurately represents the state of the job site.
• The content complies with all site safety and security protocols.
• You have the authority to provide this visual audit trail on behalf of your team.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary project management tools, architectural methodologies, and digital dashboard designs are the exclusive property of Shelter Alliance and its industrial partners.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shelter Alliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our digital verification systems.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and international construction standards.
